In an extensive interview on the Sick Podcast with Tony Marinaro, former Montreal Canadiens head coach Dominique Ducharme credited the rebuild mindset and not the coach that replaced him, Martin St. Louis, for the late season resurgence of Canadiens winger Cole Caufield.
