Habs Report: Carey Price Returns For Final Game
There was a sense of relief at Montreal Canadiens practice today as Carey Price joined the team for the morning skate to prepare for their last game of the season against the Florida Panthers.
With the Montreal Montreal Canadiens assured of finishing 32nd in the NHL standings and having the best odds in the NHL Draft Lottery, fans can simply enjoy the last game of the season without worrying about probabilities; unless of course, they win some of the many contests the Canadiens have in place for Fan Appreciation night.
Carey Price Returns for Final Game
Carey Price will be suiting up for the Montreal Canadiens tonight in their final game of the season against the Florida Panthers. The veteran netminder followed the Montreal Canadiens to New York, as they played their most recent game against the New York Rangers, to visit the surgeon that operated on his knee this past summer. More news to come on the outcome in the next 24 hours.
You can be assured that the team will try their hardest, including Price himself, to get the veteran goaltender his first win on the season; as he’s lost all four games he’s appeared in this season. Ending the season on a positive tone would be great for the moral of the 34-year-old goaltender as he prepares to return to full-time hockey next season.

Montreal Canadiens Give Pierre Gervais A Parting Gift
The longtime head equipment manager for the Montreal Canadiens, Pierre Gervais, will be retiring after tonight’s game. The veteran has spent almost 35 years with the Canadiens organization, 21 of which as the head equipment manager for the club. He joined the team as Assistant Equipment Manager in 1987-88, following five seasons with the AHL’s Sherbrooke Canadiens (1982 to 1987), and five more in the QMJHL with Trois-Rivières and Sherbrooke.
Appearing in over 3000 games for the Canadiens during his career, Gervais was presented with a little gift by the Montreal Canadiens this morning during their final practice of the season.
Tout un cadeau offert par les joueurs à Pierre Gervais, qui prendra part à son dernier match ce soir. Bonne retraite, Gerv! 💙🤍❤️
